MUFFINS


MUFFINS WITH APPLE AND MANDARIN PEEL




250 grams of flour '00
200 ml of milk at room temperature 
70  ml of sunflower oil 
100 gr of granulated sugar
2 whole eggs
10 gr of baking powder
1-2 APPLE AND 1-2 MANDARIN CHOPPED PEELS

  In the largest bowl (into which you will subsequently pour all the mixture) mix all the solid ingredients (the powders)
In the other bowl, add: the eggs, the oil, the milk and mix all the ingredients well
  Finally pour the liquid mixture into the flours and turn quickly for a few seconds and pour the mixture into the muffins cups (I got x 12)
190° ( 374 Fahrenheit ) 20 minutes

You need to buy organic apples of course or to brush them carefully.
