DON'T WASTE YOUR PICKLED VEGETABLES LEFTOVERS
I made pickled vegetables today and nothing went into the waste bin
.... after preparing my veggies (blanched in water and vinegar)
... and put them in jars with olive oil
... I cooked a soup with the leftovers
